Thanks for all your help on Tuesday
with the auditor. Can you please pass on my thanks to everyone on our
product assembly line for their excellent work too? They do a great job, not
just when an audit is taking place but all of the time - service return
figures show that ACL performance is nearly twice as good as XXXX
( Name removed for liably reasons ! ).
